Those
of us at the Desmond Campus are grateful for this outstanding gift
that Alice Curtis Desmond left Mount Saint Mary College. The Mount
embraces lifelong learning, and for many in our community, this is
the place where they learn, socialize, try new experiences, brush
up on skills, and keep the process of lifelong learning alive and
well!
With each season, we hope that you will find many things that
appeal to you. Whether it be learning to use a computer, or
becoming better at it; exercising and keeping more than your mind
in shape; learning a new skill such as landscape photography,
Reflexology, how to bead, creating a healthy home, learning about
Islam, or about wines and foods, there are all kinds of
choices.
The Mount and its Desmond Campus strive to provide a stimulating
environment that promotes the intellectual and personal growth of
