Florence is one of the most culturally and socially rich cities
in all of Europe. It houses more original artwork then almost
any other European city and is considered to be the birthplace of
the Italian Renaissance. Not only is the city littered with
museums, cathedrals, and piazzas, it's also a gastronome’s
dream!
Located two hours north of Rome, Florence has a population of
approximately 4 million and was briefly the capital of the Kingdom
of Italy in 1865. Florence was long ruled by the Medici family
whose legacy has left a far-reaching impact on art, culture,
history and politics in this amazing city.
Our faculty-led program is run in conjunctions with CAPA

Brunelleschi Dome and steps from Santa Croce.
