All degree recipients of Mount Saint Mary College are

MSMC Alumni
Credit Card
Mount Saint Mary College and Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union
have partnered together to offer a credit card exclusively to Mount
alumni beginning September 7, 2010. Alumni who live, work, worship,
or attend school in Dutchess, Ulster, Orange or Putnam Counties in
New York—or who are related to a current HVFCU member—are eligible
to apply for the card.
By carrying your MSMC Visa from HVFCU, you not only show your

Career Center and Career Exploration and Development
Career Development is now a part of the Mount's Career
Center, which recently merged with the Co-operative Education
and Internships Office. We are pleased to assist alumni in any and
all matters related to their career ambitions and goals.

Chapel Use/Weddings
The Founders Chapel is available to Mount alumni for weddings,
which may be arranged through the Office
of Campus Ministry. For more information, please see the MSMC Policy on Weddings at

Curtin Memorial Library
All alumni with a valid Alumni ID Card have borrowing
privileges. Alumni may also use the Education Curriculum Library
materials as long as they are used in the library.
Kaplan Athletic & Recreation Center
Alumni, their immediate family members and their guests may use
the Kaplan Center on Friday evenings from 5 pm until closing, and
on Saturdays and Sundays during regular hours of operation. Alumni
must accompany immediate family members and their guests when using
the facilities. For hours of operation, please contact the Kaplan
Center at 845-569-3362. Your Alumni ID card is required.
Technology Center
Alumni may use almost any publicly available Mount computer with
a valid My.MSMC Network account. Public computers are located in
all three floors of the Mount’s Curtin Memorial Library. To
register for a My.MSMC Network account, visit my.msmc.edu and
choose Activate My.MSMC account in the Student Resources section or
click on the “Activate Me” button on the Mount Computer Login
screen. Note: You will need a valid Alumni ID Card in order to
register. Please call the Curtin Memorial Library at 845-569-3241
for their hours of operation.
Transcript requests
The Transcript request number is 845-569-3279 or transcripts@msmc.edu You can
print out a Transcript Request Form
here. For information on requesting transcripts, please go to the
Transcript Request page under the
Registrar's menu.
*Please note: To protect the identity of our alumni, we are
unable to issue an ID Card without having the alumni appear in
person. Once your Alumni ID form is processed, the Alumni Office
will contact you, and you may go to the Security Office in Hudson
Hall and have your photo taken and your ID card made. Alumni may
have their ID’s made Monday – Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Alumni ID
cards cannot be mailed.
