Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY has elected two new
trustees.
Charles P. Frank (left) of Walden, NY, a business development
executive with more than 30 years experience in information
technology; and Jonathan Gatsik (right), an attorney, will serve
three year terms on the Mount board.
A former Village of Walden mayor, Frank handles financial
services solution development for IBM Global Alliances.
Frank is responsible for industry solutions based on
technologies and services, and for establishing relationships with
IBM and other executives worldwide.
He also serves as president of the board of the Josephine Louise
Public Library in Walden.
Gatsik, a business graduate of Mount Saint Mary College, is
assistant general counsel with Production Resource Group, LLC, in
Armonk, NY. His expertise is in mergers and acquisitions, joint
ventures and intellectual property matters, among others.
A Pleasantville, NY resident, he received his juris doctor
degree magna cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in
Boston, MA, and a master of laws degree with distinction from
Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.
Gatsik is a member of the board of directors of Occupations,
Inc., one of the largest human services providers in Orange County,
with a broad array of habilitation, employment services,
transportation, case management and counseling.
