The Mount's Student Government Association (SGA)
presents Senior Send-Off: May 14-16, 2013
Please note: The following information pertains only to the
Student Activities portion of Senior Send-Off; it does not include
Commencement weekend activities. A separate schedule for
Commencement weekend (Friday, May 17 and Saturday, May 18) can be

Who can attend the Senior Send-Off student activities
sponsored by SGA?
December ‘12, May ’13, or August ‘13 graduating seniors may
participate in SGA-sponsored student activities on Tuesday, May
14-Thursday, May 16.
Housing Requirements for Senior Send-Off:
- Only students who were residents during the periods listed
above are permitted to reside in Senior Send-Off housing on
Tuesday, May 14-Saturday, May 18.
- All resident students will be required to vacate their current
rooms, turning in all keys 24 hours after their last academic
commitment. The residence halls close on Saturday, May 11 at 2
- There will be no campus housing until Tuesday, May 14. You may
pick up your keys on Tuesday, May 14, beginning at noon from Sakac
- Complete information will be available from the Residence Life
Office during the month of April. You must sign-up with the Office
of Residence Life for a space.
- Specific guest/visitor information will be outlined in the
communication sent from the Residence Life Office.
- The View and Jazzman’s Café will be closed during Senior
- Henry’s Courtside will be open Tuesday-Friday, 8:30 am-2:30 pm.
Meal plans at this point will have concluded; however, Mount Money,
cash, or credit will be accepted.
- Any individual that is subject to disciplinary action near or
during Senior Send-Off may be restricted from attending Senior
Send-Off events and/or from the housing privileges.
Senior Send-Off Activities
Tuesday, May 14
Noon-3 pm, Sakac Hall
Trip to Dave & Buster’s
Wednesday, May 15
1-5 pm, Kaplan Sod Lawn (Rain Location: Kaplan Gym)
Giveaways, prizes, novelties, activities, free food, and more!
Pride of the Hudson Boat Cruise
Buses will leave from Hudson Lot and make trips down to Newburgh
Landing beginning at 5:15 pm. The boat will depart at 6 pm and
cruise around the Hudson River. One bus will begin making return
runs back to the Mount at 9 pm.
* Please note: You must be 21 years of age to attend the boat
cruise, and you must bring a valid picture ID to get on the boat.
There will be a cash bar and space is limited. Food will not be
available on the boat.

Life After College Brunch
Co-sponsored by the Career Center
11 am-1 pm, Hudson Hall Auditorium
Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal
1:30 pm, Aquinas Theatre
Information will be distributed from the Ceremonials Chair; this
event is not an SGA-sponsored activity.
21 Club and Comedy Knight
7-10 pm, Kaplan Sod Lawn (Rain Location: Hudson Auditorium)
$1 per drink. Dinner and entertainment provided.
Sign up information:
Students eligible to sign up for Senior Send-Off activities can
begin doing so on Tuesday, April 23 in the Student Activities
Office, Hudson 113, beginning at 10 am. Seniors are not permitted
to sign up anyone other than themselves for the activities. In
order to sign up for Senior Send-Off activities, you must have a
valid MSMC ID.
Senior send-off activities are for graduates only; guests are
not permitted at events or in the residence halls.
