MSMC Advisors Students at the Mount are an interesting mix. Regardless of where they’re at academically and socially when they start, something wonderful happens when students get here. They have the chance to use their voice. Be challenged. Be supported. Make a difference—on campus, in the community, and most importantly, within themselves.

How and why does this transition happen?

  • It could be our academics. Rooted in the liberal arts with a foundation in our rich Judeo-Christian value and tradition, this well-rounded educational experience allows students to be challenged and stretch their academic boundaries. Students learn from our accessible professors (not TAs) who are committed to them.

  • Or our unmatched leadership opportunities. Students at the Mount don’t just sit around—they get out and experience life. We offer leadership opportunities that students can engage in from day one—from campus organizations such as Student Government, to service learning organizations such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and internship and cooperative learning opportunities that complement our students’ education and give them an advantage.

  • Possibly our bustling student life. Our students have fun…both inside and outside the classroom. We offer dozens of clubs and organizations students can join, as well as 11 winning NCAA athletic programs. We’re conveniently located only an hour away from New York City, a mecca for entertainment and employment opportunities!
