Administrative Offices
Our offices and administrative staff at Mount Saint Mary College handle many of the services and programs on campus.

The Office of the President, Father Kevin Mackin, OFM.
The Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for the administration of all academics and the Registrar's Office. In the absence of the President, the Vice President for Academic Affairs assumes overall administration of the college.
The Office of College Advancement plans, directs, and coordinates all activities to advance the college with internal and external audiences in support of institutional goals, particularly in the areas of fundraising.
The Office of Enrollment Management is responsible for various service units directly related to admissions and enrollment. They include Admissions, Continuing Education, Marketing, and Financial Aid. In addition, the Dean assists the graduatecCoordinators for business, education and nursing with the marketing and enrollment-related needs of the respective programs.
the Office of Facilities and Operations oversees the maintenance and administration of our campus' facilities and grounds and is responsible for all maintenance processes.
The Office of Finance and Administration is responsible for the supervision and control of the financial and business activities of the college. This office is where students pay their tuition and fees.
The Office of Human Resources handles employee screening and hiring, implements personnel policies, and handles all employment-oriented issues at the college.
The Office of Mission Integration fosters an awareness and appreciation of the college's mission and the founding congregation's Dominican charism. The Office of Mission Integration advocates for the integration and promotion of strong ethical values, spiritual growth, mutual respect and open and caring interpersonal relations for the campus community to grow and unify.
The Office of Planning, Research and Information is responsible for campus-wide technology administration, tools and training and institutional research.
The Office of Student Development is responsible for providing support services and activities that assist each student in reaching his or her potential. Staff work closely with faculty and other personnel to develop an atmosphere conducive to academic and personal growth. The Dean of Students assumes responsibility for the overall management of the student development program and its staff and serves as an advisor to students on an individual and group basis. The dean works with student leaders and other college personnel to develop appropriate student life policies and procedures, and oversees student judicial matters.
