Can't find something on the shelf?

Use this form when material displays with a status of Available in the library catalog, but cannot be located on the shelf or other locations. This form may also be used if an item you recently returned still appears on your account.

If the item is found we will notify you and place the item on the hold shelf (behind the Circulation Desk) for you to pick up. If the item is not found, you will be notified.

If you would like to request the item from Interlibrary Loan, you may do so by completing the interlibrary loan online form.

Please fill the form out completely. If a piece of information is not known, please type "UNKNOWN" in the blank.
