Guided Meditation

Techniques to calm your mind, body, and spirit.

 

Barbara Boyer, an experienced yoga/meditation teacher, will lead a 30-minute meditation session. She will go over simple calming techniques to use when in a high-stress situation. 

This session is FREE and open to students, faculty, and staff.

Come as you are -- no special attired required.

After-Hours Access to Kaplan Library South Wing
