Guided Meditation

Techniques to calm your mind, body, and spirit. 

 

Barbara Boyer, an experienced yoga/meditation teacher, will lead a 30-minute meditation session. Simple calming techniques for high-stress situations will be taught. Questions will be taken after the meditation session. 

This session is FREE and open to students, faculty, and staff.

Come as you are -- no special attire required.
