Hip Hop capital of Europe, boasting the continent’s
largest business district and a booming contemporary culture that
continues to attract students, artists and writers from all over
the world. Join the over 200,000 French and international students

The summer program in France is focused on French
culture and experience. Students can study intensively while using
the unique context of France –its business, museums, monuments, and
communities to bring to life the materials learned in class.
Students will choose two courses that best fit their academic needs
for a total of 6 credits. As a complement to classrooms studies,
students will also have the opportunity to participate in visits to
local companies and places of interest related to the program.

Approximate costs are $6,450. Cost includes tuition
and fees, airfare, airport reception, orientation, resident staff,
excursions, and comprehensive medical insurance through HTH
Worldwide. Books and spending money are NOT included. Federal
financial aid is now available.
For the first time, federal financial aid may be

Aid office prior to applying for study abroad.
The summer program in Paris is focused on cultural
experience. Students will choose two courses for a total of six
credits. French is not necessary for the program but enhances the
experience. The required and optional excursions complement the
history, art, and language of the classes.
Students of any major are welcome on the program.
Students are encouraged to learn as much French as possible prior
to departure to get the most out of the program, but it is not
required. The resident director oversees the well being of our
students and responds to any emergencies, day or night. The
location of MSMC’s Paris campus allows students to enjoy a small
town experience within France’s capital city.
The rolling admission process ensures that students
receive their acceptance letters in an appropriate time frame. Our
policies on acceptance to the program help to ensure that students
are capable of performing at the same academic standard as at their
home college or university. All students must complete an
application including a personal state- ment, copies of their
transcript, and two letters of recommendation. A minimum GPA of a
2.5 is also required for admission.
