The Mount campus by evening

Most of the graduate and adult accelerated degree classes are scheduled in the evening or on the weekends. Our campus is always welcoming, well-lit, and accessible. Take advantage of the same services available to undergraduate students, such as career development, campus ministry, cultural center events, and the recreation center and dining cafes.

Visit the Jazzman Cafe in Aquinas Hall and enjoy a light meal, gourmet-style baked goods and cafe-style coffee. In the atrium in Aquinas Hall, you can relax in cozy chairs and study, read the paper, or meet up with friends or professors. Stop by Henry's Courtside in Hudson Hall for lunch, dinner or a snack, or catch up on the news in our student lounge in Aquinas Hall.

The Kaplan Family Mathematics, Science, and Technology Center features brand new nursing laboratories, modern learning spaces and technologically enhanced classrooms, and an atrium for the college community.

The Kaplan Recreation Center offers an Olympic-size swimming pool, a 19,000 foot gymnasium with an elevated running track, a cardio fitness room, a weight room, an aerobics/dance room, and training facilities. Classes in yoga, Pilates, dance, and aerobics are offered on a regular basis.

The Career Center  provides opportunities through counseling, career assessment and workshops. Career and employment listings are maintained in the office for review.

MBA Resource Room. This center provides graduate business students with work space and computer facilities.

Campus Store. The campus store is open until 8:30 pm, and sells books, supplies, food, coffee, electronics, sweatshirts, and other Mount paraphernalia.

The Counseling Center offers counseling to students experiencing personal problems that may be affecting their ability to succeed academically.

The Kaplan Library and Learning Center is in the renovated Domincan Center, with holdings of over 100,000 volumes. The library subscribes to more than 1,100 journals and periodicals. Further access to information is facilitated through computerized database searches.

Bishop Dunn Memorial School. Bishop Dunn Memorial School is an elementary school on campus where education students participate in observing and teaching. Individually guided programs in pre-kindergarten, primary and middle levels are conducted here.

Parking. Students must register their cars and get a parking permit through the Security Office in Hudson Hall upon matriculation to pick up a parking sticker.

Security & Safety. Mount Saint Mary College is committed to providing a safe campus for the college community. The Office of Safety & Security in Hudson Hall provides all students and employees with a Campus Security pamphlet that outlines campus security and safety services and policies.

The Honors Society offers adults the opportunity to participate in Alpha Sigma Lambda and attend career-focused conferences and information sessions.
