English Programs in partnership with Education First

Applicants whose English proficiency scores fall just below our minimum requirements can participate in our short-term programs that prepare students before the start of fall and spring semesters. Mount Saint Mary College reserves the right to request students participate in these programs as a condition of enrollment to the College. Please visit our English Programs page or email international@msmc.edu for more information.

Conditional Admission

Mount Saint Mary College does offer conditional admission to applicants by request. Students who are conditionally admitted will take an online exam to determine the length of the English program needed before they are accepted. Applicants will need to attend MSMC’s English program in conjunction with Education First as part of the conditions outlined in the letter.
