P/T (20 hours per week)
Perform duties which relate to transcripts and students records,
such as preparation, storage and verification of academic records.
Assist in daily operations of Registrar office as needed to include
greeting and assisting office visitors, answering phones and
emails, processing mail, etc. Requirements include High
School/Equiv. diploma, some college preferred; excellent customer
service, interpersonal and written communication skills; experience
with MS Office applications with ability to learn other software to
perform the job satisfactorily. This position requires a high
degree of confidentiality.
