Support Staff Positions

Night Supervisor / Stacks Coordinator

Mount Saint Mary College seeks a responsible, highly dependable, service-oriented individual to be Night Supervisor & Stacks Coordinator at Kaplan Family Library & Learning Center. Responsible for building supervision, circulation desk services, and general stacks maintenance. Serves as sole adult staff member in the library during evening and late night hours. Supervises and trains work-study students and assists library users. Must be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, sound judgment, good communication skills, and ability to work independently. Strong computer skills required, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, willingness to learn new technologies, and ability to troubleshoot minor software and hardware problems.

Associates degree required, BA/BS preferred. Previous library work experience and familiarity with integrated library systems preferred. Full-time position, 35 hrs./wk., 4:30 p.m. – 12 a.m., Sunday – Thursday. Hours flex to 6:30 p.m. -- 2 a.m. during exam periods.
