Alumni and Family Weekend: September 25-27, 2015
A weekend during the fall semester for parents and families to visit campus and participate in events such as a wine tasting, a cruise on the Hudson, a barbecue picnic, a casino night, lectures, sports matches, breakfast, and a Mass. Learn more at

Family Welcome Reception (Wine & Beer Tasting)
Kick off your Family Weekend by meeting up with classmates, friends and families in the MST Atrium for an unfortgettable Welcome Reception! Gather together for hors d’oeuvres and desserts as you taste, compare and enjoy a variety of wines & local craft beer! 7-9pm, MST Atrium ($15 per adult, $8 per child)

MSMC Knight at the Movies
Grab your blankets and your lawn chairs for MSMC Knight at the Movies. It will be a double feature beginning with the Mount Students' film shorts. 8:30-11pm, Kaplan Sod Field (Complimentary)

Habitat for Humanity Alumni & Family Build
MSMC & Greater Habitat have a long standing partnership of service! Take part in an early morning worksite build and give back to the greater Newburgh community. Ages 16+, please remember to wear closed toe shoes. 8am-12pm, Bus leaves from Hudson Hall parking lot (Complimentary)

Family & Alumni Mentoring Continental Breakfast
This is a wonderful opportunity for Mount students to meet Mount graduates willing to provide valuable information and advice about their profession – how they got started, job responsibilities and any recommendations they may have for the student. 8am-10am, Dominican Center Cafe 110 (Complimentary)

Academic Convocation
Join the Mount Saint Mary College community as we commemorate the start of the 2015-2016academic year, celebrate the Dean’s List students and award recipients, and officially welcome the incoming freshman class. Aquinas Hall Theater, 10:30-11:30am (Complimentary)

Family, Alumni & Faculty Pig Roast & Street Fair
Enjoy catching-up with one another as you feast on a traditional fall foods. As you gather with other families, faculty, and alumni; enjoy the beautiful Hudson Valley view , while watching the Dance Team performance, taking part in games, activities, novelties, shopping, campus tours and more! 12-3:30pm, Guzman Lawn ($15 per adult, $7 per child)

MSMC Women's Tennis Match
Come cheer on the Knights as they take on the the Kaplan Tennis Courts as they take on St. Joseph's of Brooklyn! 1pm, Tennis Courts (Complimentary)

Family Dinner Dance & Casino Night
Feeling Lucky? Take a chance and join us for an evening of fun! Enjoy dinner, dancing and our fantasy casino games! Come try your luck and win some great prizes! All adults 21 and older will receive a complimentary drink ticket at entry. 7-10pm, Kaplan Center Gym ($25 per adult, $12 per child)

Sunday Brunch & Hudson River Family Cruise
Before you board the boat with your families, enjoy a delicious Sunday Brunch in Hudson Hall Auditorium. At brunch, you will receive your wristband for admission on to the boat.. Once on the boat, enjoy a leisurely 3-hour scenic cruise down the Hudson River. Spend time with your family while you enjoy ths sites of the Hudson Valley. Space is limited. Reservations and boat assignments are on a first come, first served basis. Transportation in not included from the brunch to Newburgh Landing to baord the boat.11:30am-2:30pm, Newburgh Landing ($30 per adult, $15 per child)

Family Brunch in the View
Enjoy a leisurely Sunday brunch before heading home! PLease note: this brunch does not include admission to the Sunday Brunch & Hudson River Cruise event. 10am-1pm, The View in Aquinas Hall ($10 per adult, $8 per child)

Mount Olympics and Spirit Week: October 13-17, 2015
Freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior teams compete in various events held every fall semester.

Bonfire Weekend: Saturday, October 17, 2014
A fall weekend event sponsored by the Student Government Association.

Formal: Date TBD
A semi-formal dance sponsored by Student Government Association. 

Sibling's and Family Day: Date TBD
This will be held on a spring semester weekend when family members are invited to spend the day on campus and attend various fun events with their Mount Student.

Spring Weekend: April 24-25, 2015
Every spring, the Student Government Association takes a weekend to rock the block! Non-stop activities, performers, food, and prizes help make this one of the best weekends at the Mount!

Senior Send-Off: May 13-15, 2015
A series of activities celebrating the last few days of the senior class before Commencement.
