Returning Students Work-Study Process
Returning Students will have first pick of job departments
because they will be returning to the department they were in last
year. They must
click here to sign their online work-study contract.
The above contract will serve as your work-study
agreement/contract for 2013-2014. Once you’ve filled out the
required information, we recommend you get in contact with your
supervisor to let them know of your returning and to check for you.
Students will need to sign their contract in a timely manner
because the portal will close on September 6, 2013, and if they
have not completed necessary information by then, they will not
have an opportunity to do so.
If you are not returning to that department, or have not
notified the Financial Aid Office that you are changing
departments, please let us know by emailing email@example.com.
*** Returning Students will only need to fill out a new
W-4 form for this year. Click here to download the form.
After printing and filling out the W-4 form (make sure
it is signed!), you must either:
- Email a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org *OR*
- Fax a copy to 845-569-3477 *OR*
- Drop off the form to the Human Resource office (located across
the street from the soccer field on Powell Ave).
Please see the sample tax documents for
reference if you have any questions before emailing.
If none of these options work for you, you can give the form to
your supervisor and your supervisor can send it via inter-office
mail to Gail Carlock in the Payroll office.
If you are dropping the form off at Human Resources, please go
to the rear door, and there will be a box marked “work-study.”
Please put your documents in the box.
If you have changed your bank account number since you left
campus in the spring, then you must fill out a new direct deposit form. If
you have not changed your bank account number, then you do not need
to fill out another form.
