Arthur D. Glass serves as the Vice President for Finance and Administration. Glass brings more than 15 years of financial leadership in higher education. His experience includes leading the budget management process at five institutions, developing innovative facilities master plans, and day-to-day management and leadership of various administrative departments.
Before joining MSMC, Glass served as the Vice President for Finance and Administration at Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA. He also served as Assistant Vice President for Finance at La Salle University, Vice President for Administration at Frederick Community College, and Executive Director of Finance at Anne Arundel Community College.
Prior to his career in higher education, Glass served in a variety of roles during a 20-year career in the Finance Corps of the U.S. Army. He is a Certified Public Accountant who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Baltimore. He has attended institutes at Harvard Graduate School of Education, Yale School of Management, and Cornell University.
Art has been married for 25 years to Karen Semeraro Glass from Lincoln Park, New Jersey. They have three children, David – 24, Michael – 20, and Kelsey – 18. Arthur and his wife are avid golfers.
