Facilities Usage/Event Request for External Groups
Mount Saint Mary College is an independent institution of higher education. In the spirit of public service and in accordance with our stated mission and goals, the College may on occasion rent or lease facilities, depending on our academic or College community schedule.
Mount Saint Mary College is situated in a beautiful spot in the Hudson Valley, just south of the Newburgh Beacon Bridge, overlooking the Hudson River. The campus occupies 60 acres in Newburgh and 26 acres in nearby Balmville.
The campus is a blend of historic and modern buildings. Some date back to the 1840s, when the original Van Duzer estate occupied the grounds, and some were built in the last decade. The college's architectural gem, the 5-story, 90,000-square-foot Dominican Center, was built in 1927 and renovated in 2013. It sits on the highest point of campus.

Although we cannot provide large conference space, Aquinas Hall features a beautiful theatre with a capacity of 1100. It also offers multiple conference and multi-purpose rooms with state of the art technology. Whatever your request, we will do our best to find appropriate space for your event.
