Stress Reduction Training for Family Caregivers

This is the first session of a free, three-part evidence-informed training funded by the New York State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council for caregivers of infants, children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities. The second part of this training will take place on Tuesday, July 17, and the third part on Tuesday, July 31.

Refreshments will be provided, and free childcare will be provided upon request.

The Center on Aging and Disability Policy, located at Mount Saint Mary College, was established in 2006. It promotes an interdisciplinary perspective dedicated to excellence in research and scholarship in the fields of gerontology and disability studies.
