Veronica A. McMillan is an Assistant Professor of Healthcare Management in the School of Business. In addition to teaching healthcare courses in the MBA program, she also teaches Business Law classes to the Mount's undergraduate students.

Professor McMillan received her Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the State University of New York at Binghamton in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy Analysis and Administration. Professor McMillan is also a Mount Saint Mary College alumna having received her Bachelor of Science (BS) cum laude from the Mount. She is a registered professional nurse in the State of New York.

In addition to engaging in scholarly and professional roles at the Mount, Professor McMillan also maintains an active role in her community having served on several boards of directors as well as on the executive committees of the Dutchess County Bar Association and the Mid-Hudson Women's Bar Association. Professor McMillan is also a Rotarian and enjoys spending time giving back to her community.
