A Trans’ Pursuit of Life, Liberty, and
Chef Liam Emery Kamp is a recent graduate of The Culinary
Institute of America and identifies as a transgender man. Upon
graduation, Liam attempted to streamline into the restaurant
industry, but quickly realized he’s never been one to color in the
lines, so he began carving his own path.
