Chef Liam Emery Kamp is a recent graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and identifies as a transgender man. Upon graduation, Liam attempted to streamline into the restaurant industry, but quickly realized he’s never been one to color in the lines, so he began carving his own path.

Honors ScholarsIn the past year, he has created his own business, began to write his own story, and has been actively advocating for LGBT rights.
