Nikki Khurana-Baugh as the Vice President for AdvancementMount Saint Mary College is proud to announce the appointment of Nikki Khurana-Baugh as the Vice President for Advancement, effective August 2019.
 
Khurana-Baugh was selected after an extensive national search that brought the finalists to campus for interviews and meetings with the Mount community.
 
“Nikki’s experience, insights, and strategic approach set her apart, and we’re excited to have her join our team,” said Dr. Jason N. Adsit, Mount president.
 
As Vice President for Advancement, Khurana-Baugh will work closely with the President’s Office, the Mount Board of Trustees, the Advancement team, and the Mount community to strengthen the college’s culture of philanthropy, enhance the college’s outreach to the community, and advance the college’s mission, vision, and goals.
 
Khurana-Baugh comes to the Mount from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, where she was Director of Development for the School of Dental Medicine. In this role, she inspired hundreds of thousands of dollars in gifts, and secured one of the largest private gifts for student scholarships the university had ever received.
 
Prior to joining the University of Nevada, Khurana-Baugh was Assistant Vice President of Alumnae and Parent Engagement and The Scripps Fund at Scripps College in Claremont, Calif. There, she integrated three departments into one collaborative team. Under her leadership, she and her team grew The Scripps Fund 44 percent – from $2.5 to $3.5 million – in just one year.
 
Khurana received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and a master’s degree in Public Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Calif.
 
In addition to these achievements, Khurana-Baugh is a respected speaker on college giving, and has presented at the CASE National Conference on Parent and Family Engagement, the CASE District VII Conference- Time, Talent, Treasure, and the RuffaloCODY Conference: Getting You and Your Donors from Annual Giving to Major Gifts, among many others.
