Leadership Dutchess is the signature program of The Chamber Foundation, Inc. and is dedicated to educating and motivating citizens to serve in leadership roles within the local community. It was designed to foster the development of a group of professionals who grow and learn together over a nine-month period.
Each day-long session is conducted by prominent individuals from the public and private sector, sharing their knowledge on real-world topics of leadership, as well as municipal concerns impacting the Hudson Valley Region.
The program is spearheaded by Mount alumnus Nicholas Shannon ’03, the executive director of the Chamber Foundation.
