Mount Saint Mary College hosted a public outreach program for
the Comprehensive Plan for Orange County on Monday, November
The Comprehensive Plan embodies a community vision for guiding
growth in Orange County. It helps the county manage growth to
ensure the quality of life desired by Orange County residents.
“Our students joined the community and got to see economic
policy in the making,” said Tracey Niemotko, professor of
accounting and chair of the Mount’s School of Business. “We had
standing room only.”
David Church, Orange County Planning commissioner, presented at
the event along with planners Megan Tennermann and Zak Coleman.
The event was sponsored by the college’s School of Business.
