Parkhurst Dining, Mount Saint Mary College’s food service provider, was recently recognized by the American Heart Association of New York and the Orange County Department of Health for their commitment to offering heart healthy meal options.
At The View, the college’s 24-hour dining hall, plenty of heart healthy options are provided daily. These meals are noted on the menu with a heart icon, allowing diners to make quick, informed decisions.
