Drop-in hours are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 am-1 pm and Wednesday from 3–5 pm in Aquinas 151 when traditional classes are in session.
The Center for Career and Experiential Education (CCEE) provides services for all current students and alumni including career asssessments, internship coordination, individiualized career coaching, resume and cover letter writing, job search strategies, interview skills, graduate school applications, and more.

Kathleen O'Keefe, MA
Kathleen has over 17 years of experience in higher education and has worked at Mount Saint Mary College since 2005. She is actively involved in the community and serves on several committees with various groups including Leadership Orange, the American Heart Association, and the United Way. Kathleen has her Bachelor’s degree from Siena College and her Master’s degree from Manhattan College. She resides in Orange County with her husband. All three of their children graduated from Mount Saint Mary College!

Associate Director of the Center for Career and Experiential Education
Ellen Bourhis Nolan, MA, MBA
Ellen has worked in higher education for 21 years and at Mount Saint Mary College for 18 years. She was recently promoted to associate director of the Center for Career and Experiential Education (CCEE). Ellen serves on the Fundraising and Marketing Committee for Safe Homes of Orange County. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, her Masters degree from Michigan State University, and her MBA from Mount Saint Mary College. Ellen resides in Orange County with her husband and has three grown children.
Ellen is the point of contact for all students studying communications, English, Hispanic Studies, Education, biology, chemistry, and pre-professional programs looking for paid and unpaid internships, job shadows, and part-time jobs.

Robin Rosenberg, LCSW
Robin has worked in higher education for over 10 years at Mount Saint Mary College. She serves with Team Newburgh, a coalition of community partners dedicated to making the City of Newburgh a better place. Robin has her Bachelor’s degree from NYU, her law degree from University at Buffalo, and her Master of Science in social work from Columbia University. She resides in Orange County with her husband and two children.

Heather Fitzsimmons, MSEd
Heather has 4 years of higher education experience and has worked at Mount Saint Mary College since 2014. She serves on the Hudson Valley Young Professionals Committee with the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Heather received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from The College of Saint Rose. She resides in Dutchess County with her two cats and Jack Russell terrier, Blase.
Heather is the point of contact for all students majoring in nursing, information technology, math, history, and political science looking for paid and unpaid internships and part-time jobs.

Study Abroad and Marketing Coordinator
Ingrid has been in the international education field since 2013 and joined Mount Saint Mary College in 2016. She began her career teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) in Barcelona, Spain while studying and interning abroad. Following this experience, she returned to the United States to teach English to people of diverse backgrounds. She is fortunate enough to have visited numerous cities and countries and believes that everyone should have the opportunity to experience a new culture and perspective. She received her Bachelor’s from SUNY Plattsburgh and her TESOL Certificate from SUNY Westchester Community College.
Ingrid is the point of contact for all students interested in studying abroad. She assists students through the program selection, completing the application process and finding courses that fit their needs. Students can choose Mount faculty-led programs in the winter or summer breaks, semester, or summer independent programs, and even internships or service programs abroad.

Regina formerly worked in New York City for an investment banking firm before moving to Orange County. While raising her children, she volunteered as a board member with the PTO and local sport youth programs. She previously worked at a local school district before coming to MSMC.
