Student Account Statement

Student Account statements are only available online, and can be accessed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Visit portal.msmc.edu to sign into the MSMC Student Portal and select the Student Accounts tab to view, print, and pay your Student Account Statement.

Tuition and fees are due two weeks prior to the start of a traditional 15 week semester.

Would you like to make a check or money order payment by mail? Be sure to make the check payable to Mount Saint Mary College or MSMC. Don’t forget to include both the student’s name and ID number in the memo field to ensure that your payment is processed correctly. You may mail your payment to:

ACH and Card Payments through CASHNet SmartPay

ACH (eCheck), credit and debit card payments on your student account are processed by CASHNet SmartPay, a third party merchant.  Payments must be made online through the secure CASHNet SmartPay site that you access with your student login or a parent pin, created by the student for authorized account users. Student FInancial Services does not process card payments for tuition and fees over the phone. With CASHNet SmartPay, you can pay with your bank account, American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.

CASHNet SmartPay charges a service fee of 2.75% for payments made using a credit or debit card to cover the cost of processing.  Service fees are non-refundable.  There is no service fee applied to ACH (eCheck) payments.  

How can I create a Parent Pin?
Students may create a Parent Pin through the CASHNET SmartPay site. Just visit portal.msmc.edu, log in, select the Student Accounts tab, and click on Access CASHNet SmartPay. Below Parent or Guardian Pins, select Add New, and enter the authorized user’s information in the required fields. Once established, the authorized user(s) will receive a welcome email with a temporary password to complete the pin’s setup.
