Heart Health Happy Hour

February is Heart Health Awareness Month! Join us for a festive an informative event. Attendees will enjoy education on: hearth health nutrition, managing stress, healthy relationships, and more! MSMC Nursing Students will be on site to provide blood pressure screenings and heart health education, too. Candle decorating workshops will be lead by Healing Looks Great On You, Inc.'s Isabel Rojas. Enjoy healthy light bites and mocktails provided by Shoot Ya Shot Juice bar.
