The AmazingBanned Book Race

A cross-campus scavenger hunt, The Amazing Banned Book Race will bring participants to MSMC departments that are associated with various reasons why books are banned. Players will find a banned book in each office and then
present a passport and have it stickered by a department staff member, who will also provide a clue to the next stop on the race. The team to complete The Amazing Banned Book Race in the shortest amount of time wins!
**Each member of the winning team will receive a 16GB tablet!**
Game Rules:
The Amazing Banned Books Race is open to students only. Teams can have up to 5 people, or you can compete individually. The race begins Monday, February 11th at 10am and concludes on February 14th at 5pm. The team that completes the scavenger hunt in the shortest amount of time will win. Winners will be announced February 15th at our "Mocktails" event at noon and also via e-mail.
To play:
Visit the Information Desk in the library to begin. The librarian at the desk will record the names of all team members and the team's start time. Each team member will need to pick up a passport from the desk and each team member must hand in a completed passport in order to be considered for the prize. Timing will not commence until all team members have picked up a passport. Passports are to be stickered with only those stickers provided to each participating department by the library. Completed entries must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 14th.
