Services for Alumni

All Mount alumni are welcome to visit the MSMC Library and the Curriculum Materials Center (CMC) whenever the library is open.  Alumni may borrow books with a valid alumni ID card. CMC resources may not be checked out by anyone other than currently enrolled students or currently employed faculty, staff, and administrators.

ID Card

To obtain an alumni ID card, please contact the Alumni Affairs Office at 845-569-3220 or alumni@msmc.edu. A limited number of ID card application forms are also available at the Check-out Desk.

Computers and Printing

Alumni with a valid Portal.MSMC network account may use the computers located throughout the library. Alumni logged into these on-site computers have full access to the Library databases. For information on activating your account, visit the Alumni Affairs website. Your active network account also includes up to 250 pages of free printing and copying annually through the Mount's PaperCut print management system. Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary loan privileges are extended only to current students, faculty, and staff.
