Fit Family Funfest - Movie Matinee
The Desmond Center for Community Engagement and Wellness invites the community to take part in a wellness series for families. Registration is required.
Put on your favorite PJ's and join us at the Desmond Center for a showing of the film INSIDE OUT! A family friendly movie all about one's emotions. LCSW Patrice Douglas will be on site to lead us through thoughtful discussion and activities to help bring the lessons of the film home. Emotional Intelligence is a key component to our overall wellbeing. Come learn more about Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust in a fun and engaging environment.
