The Desmond Center for Community Engagement and Wellness invites the Newburgh community to Mount Saint Mary College for Barre with Ashley.
Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates. The class focuses on cardio, strength training, and stretching. Join us for this free program with Ashley Layne.
