NYS residents are requested to download the free Excelsior Pass App Wallet on their phone through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store OR access it via computer at https://epass.ny.gov/home.  Utilizing the Excelsior Pass allows college Health Services and Security staff to have an efficient way of ensuring that everyone has met COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements so that our New Parent Orientation will be a safe activity for all.  Please download the app, input your information, and review your pass now if you were vaccinated so that if there are any mistakes, they can be worked out well in advance of the event. Your pass can be saved in the app (NYS Wallet) now and shown at any time.  Please understand that as per NYS Department of Health requirements, there will be absolutely NO exceptions to these requirements.

All Out-of-State parents will need to present the original CDC vaccination card or a printed copy (PDF format – not a screen shot) of their COVID-19 test results as they enter the campus.

*We recommend that everyone have their original CDC vaccination card or a printed copy of their COVID-19 test results with them upon arrival to the campus, in case there are any technical difficulties.  We do not want anyone to miss orientation!

Please note: Everything is subject to change based on CDC and NYS guidelines.

Daily health screeners continue to be required for all guests as well as maintaining 6 feet social distancing and wearing a mask, except while eating or more than 6 feet away outside.

If you test positive, you unfortunately will not be able to attend orientation.  Please notify parents@msmc.edu
