Here’s the ultimate list of what you do (and don’t!) need to bring to campus.

We took incoming freshman on a shopping spree to get ready for the fall semester.
What not to bring (aka prohibited items)
- Toaster ovens
- Hot plates
- Air conditioners
- Candles or incense
- Bed risers
- Pets (except fish, 10 gal or less)
- Weapons of any kind
- Personal microwave ovens
- Halogen lamps/plastic lamp covers
- No refrigerator larger than 3.6 cu ft.
- Freezers
- Cinder block(s)
- Anything with an exposed heating element
- George Forman grills or similar type grills
- Extensions cords
- Hookahs
- Hoverboards
Afraid you’ll forget something? Don’t worry: Our Campus Store has all the basic necessities and our free student shuttle goes to the grocery store, mall, and Target on an almost daily basis.
