Mount Saint Mary College’s School of Business will present “Financing Forward: Tips for Your Future Self,” on Tuesday, April 7, at 5 p.m. Seen here is a previous Business panel held at the college’s Aquinas Atrium, with Michael L. Mount Saint Mary College’s School of Business will present a panel discussion about financial literacy, “Financing Forward: Tips for Your Future Self,” on Tuesday, April 7, at 5 p.m. 

The free event, which is open to the public, will take place in the Aquinas Hall Atrium. The Mount is located at 330 Powell Ave., Newburgh, N.Y. 

Sponsored by the Finance Club and the School of Business, this panel of industry experts will share practical strategies for managing money, investing wisely, and planning for long-term financial success. Attendees will gain professional insights into navigating current market conditions and understanding how world events impact personal finance.

Dr. Michael L. Fox, acting Dean of the School of Business and associate professor of Law, will provide the welcome and introduction. The discussion will be moderated by student leaders Michael Kearney, a senior Business major with a Finance concentration, and Nicholas Clarino, a junior Accounting major with a Data Science minor.

The panel includes local business leaders like Kevin Caccomo, CFP, ChFC, CLU: Managing Director at Northwestern Mutual in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; Joseph Grande, BS ’94 (Finance), MBA: Senior Account Executive at Unique – Enterprise AI for Finance; and Lee Kyriacou, M.Phil., J.D.: Head of the Fraud and Scams Mitigation Workgroup of the Faster Payments Council and Mayor of the City of Beacon, N.Y.
