Mount Saint Mary College’s Senior Class has officially etched its name in Mount history, claiming the coveted trophy at the annual Mount Olympics on Thursday, October 23.

It was the third time the Class of 2026 has won the Mount Olympics during their four years at the college.

Forget your average, pencil-and-paper final exam: The Mount Olympics is a yearly test of school spirit, a battle of the classes, and one of the flagship events of Spirit Week, where students celebrate their Mount pride through both tough competition and academic complementation.

The atmosphere in the Kaplan Recreation Center was electric, with students throwing down in a high-octane mix of brains and brawn. Competitors showcased their comedic timing and collaborative genius in humorous skits, tested their agility and speed in relay races and a tug-a-war challenge, and more.

When the dust settled, it was the Seniors who proved they had the winning formula. The class previously dominated as Freshmen in 2022 and Juniors in 2024.

In keeping with tradition, the college finished Spirit Week with the Annual Bonfire on Friday, October 24. It was the perfect way for the entire Mount Saint Mary College community to cap off another great Spirit Week.
