The Greatness Code: Mount to host chat, book signing with author Alan Guarino

Mount Saint Mary College will host an evening with Alan Guarino, author and Korn Ferry Vice Chairman, on Thursday, October 15.

The public is invited to attend a dynamic fireside chat discussing his insights on leadership and his formula for success, as outlined in his national bestseller, Greatness Code: The Formula Behind Unstoppable Success.

This engaging conversation will be moderated by Michael Horodyski, President and CEO of Wallkill Valley Federal Savings and Loan and former Mount board chair.

The chat will begin at 6 p.m. with a book sale and signing to follow at 7 p.m. on the Mount Saint Mary College campus, 330 Powell Ave., Newburgh. Registration is required – visit www.msmc.edu/Guarino 

Greatness Code: The Formula Behind Unstoppable Success draws on his extensive experience at the highest levels of corporate leadership. He offers a framework for decoding personal potential and achieving lasting impact in any field. The evening will be an invaluable opportunity for students, professionals, and community leaders to learn from a seasoned expert.

In addition to his work as an author, Guarino is Vice Chairman at Korn Ferry, a well-respected organizational consulting firm. He is a recognized expert on talent management, succession planning, and board governance. 

The Mount is a private, coeducational college located in Newburgh, New York. Founded in 1959 by the Dominican Sisters, the college offers undergraduate and graduate programs in liberal arts and sciences, education, and nursing.
