Mount Saint Mary College will host its 46th Annual Invitational Golf and Tennis Tournament on Monday, June 1 at the historic Powelton Club in Newburgh, N.Y.

The event will honor two prominent regional leaders for their commitment to the Hudson Valley community: Anthony Campagiorni, Esq., Executive Vice President of Public Affairs at Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corp., and Jeffrey Crist, Owner and Operator of Crist Bros Orchards, Inc.

All proceeds from the tournament will support Mount Saint Mary College scholarship funds. Scholarships provide critical financial assistance to academically talented students with financial need, ensuring the next generation of Knights can pursue their education and enter the regional workforce with confidence.

The tournament offers several ways for the community to participate throughout the day:

  • Morning Golf: Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. followed by an 8 a.m. shotgun start in a scramble format.
  • Afternoon Golf: Check-in begins at 12:30 p.m. with a 1 p.m. shotgun start.
  • Tennis Invitational: Players will check in at 11:30 a.m. for lunch, followed by tournament play on the club’s clay courts at 2 p.m. Tennis whites are required for all participants.

In addition to the athletic competitions, the event features a buffet lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and concludes with a celebratory evening reception from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

 

About the 2026 Honorees

Anthony Campagiorni, Esq. serves as the Executive Vice President of Public Affairs at Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corp. A dedicated advocate for the region, his leadership in public affairs has been instrumental in strengthening the infrastructure and community ties of the Hudson Valley.

Jeffrey Crist is the owner and operator of Crist Bros Orchards, Inc., a cornerstone of the regional agricultural industry. His commitment to innovation and multi-generational family business values reflects the grit and service ethos of the Mount Saint Mary College community.
