If the question “What do you want to major in?” makes you break into a cold sweat, you can breathe - we’re not going to ask you that dreaded question. Many high school seniors do not know what they want to do with the rest of their lives, and that’s okay. If this sounds like you, then consider coming to Mount Saint Mary College as an Undeclared student.

Students in the Mount’s pre-professional program work closely with a mentor on campus to use their studies to prepare for professional school as veterinarians.

From the logo for your favorite coffee shop, to those cool stickers you have on your water bottle, to the graphics behind your most played video game – graphic design is the backbone to so much of what we visually consume every day. If you want to create art that inspires, educates, and captivates audiences, then being a Graphic Design major will get you there!

Develop the necessary skills to design, build, and maintain dynamic web applications with both front-end and back-end web technologies.

Words are powerful. They tell stories, share information, and express who we are. As a Writing or Creative Writing student, you’ll focus on how to best write for different genres, subjects, and professional circumstances. More importantly, you’ll learn how to use your words to effect change and tell your story.
