The first day of classes for Mount Saint Mary College’s Fall 2020 semester looked a little different from other years, but it was just as exciting for new and returning students alike.
With students donning face coverings and adhering to social distancing, the college began hosting in-person classes on Monday, August 24. The mood on campus was positive: students, they said, were happy to back at the Mount.
Before the first day of classes, first-year students enjoyed getting to know the Mount and their classmates through a series of fun orientation activities, including an interactive gameshow, Bingo, and more. The students were placed into small groups to ensure proper social distancing.
