Mount Saint Mary College’s recently redesigned website won a gold medal and a merit award in the 8th Annual Education Digital Marketing Awards competition.
The Mount earned the gold in the Institutional Website category and the merit award in the Institutional Website-Update/Refresh category.
The new website, launched in August of 2020, provides a smooth experience for prospective Mount students and their families, current students, and college employees. It features enhanced multimedia capabilities, refreshed content, and a mobile-friendly design, among a host of other improvements. The college partnered with FastSpot, a Maryland-based creative design company, to create the website.
The Education Digital Marketing Awards recognizes the best educational websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media, and social media. Entries were received from colleges, universities, and secondary schools across the country.
Judges for the Education Digital Marketing Awards consisted of a national panel of higher education marketers, advertising creative directors, and marketing and advertising professionals.
